Coastal Discovery Museum.

Join the Coastal Discovery Museum this summer for fun adventrures as we explore the Lowcountry of South Carolina.  Discovery Camps are designed to provide participants with an in-depth look at the Natural History and Cultural Heritage of the Lowcountry through hands-on explorations and investigations.  Join us as we immerse ourselves in Lowcountry adventures on this beautiful island.

July 3 - Island History Exploration

Visit the past as we examine Native American artifacts and make pinch pots, learn about the discovery of Hilton Head Island from William Hilton himself, explore the history of indigo dye and tie dye your own shirt.

Ages 7-12 / $35 non-members/$30 members
