| Description | - Over twenty years ago, photographers, members of the Camera Club of Hilton Head Island (CCHH) began exhbiting their inspiring and wondrous images for the enjoyment of the public. A display of over 80 images will be showcased in the Hilton Head Regional Healthcare Temporary Gallery during this exhibit. The passionate and artistic talents of these local photographers make this show always an enjoyable experience. The collection will also feature members of the Hilton Head High Visual Arts Program in Photography who were recent winnners of the Kurtzberg Awards presented by the Camera Club. The gallery is open Monday through Saturday from 9 am until 4:30 pm and Sunday from 11 am until 3 pm. In addiiton to the exhibit, there will be a series of Saturday morning "Gallery Talks" during the course of the exhibition. These talks offer the public an extraordinary opportunity to learn from our experts for free. April 5th Eric Horan will deswcribe "Approaches to Photographing Wildlife in the Lowcountry" April 12th Bob Ovelman will present "The Art of Painting with Light" April 18th Jean Marie-Cote will be "Demystifying Digital File Formats, Sizing and Resolution" May 3rd Carol Clemens will be answering the questions: "What Can You and Shutterfly Do With Your Photos?" All talks are open to the public and no charge. No reservations are required. |
